How we treat individuals sets us apart.

At Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, we've established a culture of inclusion that reflects and embraces our diverse community. Here, we celebrate what makes each of us unique. We appreciate and celebrate everything that makes us who we are, fostering a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belongingness, and is empowered to succeed. Our diversity makes us stronger as an organization and helps us better serve an increasingly diverse Rhode Island population. Our six employee business resource groups (EBRGs) and our Diversity Council work to uphold our commitment to diversity and inclusion, so that we can best meet the unique needs of our employees, members, and partners throughout Rhode Island.
