The Network Performance team leads the development and implementation of strategic plans, performance improvement strategies, and overall management processes, in collaboration with other leadership teams, for Systems of Care (SOC) and non-SOC providers who have moved to take on more risk or alternative payment models. The team establishes consistent and disciplined management processes in support of and in collaboration with the provider community that includes development of strategic objectives, key performance indicators, tactical action and project plans, and performance reporting to enable success in our SOC and non-SOC relationships. The role of the Intern, Network Performance will be that of documenting policies and procedures of the key functions that the team oversees.
