Understand all aspects of the relationship BCBSRI has with external entities related to servicing our national account clients. Entities include Consortium Health Plan – CHP, New England Health Plans – NEHP, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), Blues Plans, etc. Evaluate and monitor financial relationships to ensure revenue and/or expenses are correctly received, recorded, and allocated (inclusive of CHP transfer pricing, ceding fees, NEHP host fees). Evaluate and facilitate the coordination of BCBSRI responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and surveys received from above mentioned entities. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external organizations to allow quick access to necessary information. Provide internal stakeholders with updates as related to plan requirements to ensure operational efficiency.
