Oversee and direct the design, development, administration, and execution of special/strategic projects and initiatives that align with strategic objectives. Maintain holistic understanding of priorities of division and corporate focus areas to ensure alignment. Actively engage in the direction, monitoring, and contribution to highly complex initiatives, as well as creation and oversight of multifaceted teams. Function as a liaison between Network Management, Clinical Integration, Quality leadership and teams, executive leadership, and BCBSRI vendors to align efforts and maximize output. May act as representative/delegate to leadership and internal/external stakeholders to seek information or ensure successful design and implementation of divisional initiatives.
