Manage daily operations of brand and market communications department. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote organization's products, programs, and internal initiatives. Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and meet or exceed sales/retention goals. Oversee the creation of all member, employer, and broker communications. Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of departmental policies, procedures, and programs. Act as a trusted advisor to Consumer executives as well as key leaders within their teams.
