Support and drive business line program delivery to achieve corporate and divisional objectives. Lead and direct project team(s) by creating project plans, monitoring milestone completion, ensuring mitigation to identified issues/risks, and validating completion of deliverables. Interface regularly with key senior business leaders to enable a smooth transition from strategy development to program identification and execution. Collaborate with divisional leaders to develop the ongoing strategic plan and provide ongoing status updates on in-flight initiatives. Ensure that BCBSRI programs, plans, and policies align with the company's philosophy and objectives. Collaborate with teams to understand gaps in current strategy execution. Develop process efficiencies and supporting frameworks to assist business owners in the management of key business as usual activities. Assist with and monitor all aspects of the divisional management process, including fiscal oversight and budget reporting, enterprise risk planning and mitigation analysis, continuous strategic development activities, and divisional communications.
